The Rock RV Park opening October 1st

The Rock RV Park is Finised and ready for guests. We will officially open on October the 1st.

The Rock RV Park is opening on October the 1st.

We are currently accepting applications for those who wish to stay at the park. There are some things you should know;

We are trying to help those who really need a place to stay. For example we have a lady from Maryland who's family has all taken the Mark of the Beast and are demanding that she also take the Mark. She has purchased an RV and will be moving to The Rock RV Park in the next few weeks.

We will be charging a reasonable fee for hook-ups and spaces. We have 30 amp - 50 amp RV Pedestals with sewer and water. The 31 spaces are ready for full time or part time residence. Keep in mind we are trying to help those in need.

If you are one of those send us your testimony and the reason you need a place to stay.

We at this time cannot take tents or campers that do not have facilities. We will be working very soon on showers and a laundrymat.

You may send us an email at; info@churchattheranch.com

Some of the things that must be understood; This is a private RV Park and is NOT open to the public. This is not a cult and we are not in control of you. However we demand the same things the Lord does. You must obey the 2 laws of love.

Mark 12

30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Our need over the next 2 weeks is gravel for the RV Spaces and the road around the park. We will need about 20 loads at $500 per load. Thank you for helping. This is the final need so we can open the RV Park.

Church at the Ranch RV Park Update;

Can I just praise the Lord or what?

I started making some calls last week after a discussion with our plumbing supplier.

I started asking him if he knew someone who could be reasonable helping us get the Septic System installed.

He gave me a list of names to call. So I started calling several on the list. In on of those conversations a Christian installer said, put it in yourself. He went on to say in the state of Texas it is legal for a property owner to install the septic himself.

So I sat and prayed and the Lord told me to call the County inspector.

To make a long story short. We the go ahead to start the install Monday morning.

We now have 2 septic tanks and the lateral lines.

I start trenching and digging Monday.

By the way; we are saving $7,000 to $9,000.

The RV Pedestals are in and the 200 amp disconnects. We have covered the trenches and ready for the waterlines to go in. We still need funding for the septic tank and gravel, but we are well on our way.

The RV Pedestals are now going in.

We had an electrician come from Arkansas to help us in an extreme way. While I trencehed he and his wife are hooking up the RV Pedestals and wiring them. We should have them finished by tomorrow night. I will spend a couple of morning with my tractor covering the wiring and cleanup up the 4" septic lines.

We are installing a 30 space RV Park here at Church at the Ranch to help as many as we can with a place to live during these hard times. Our goal is to give a Spirit filled safe enviroment for Christians to stay and live.

We are currently flooded after receiving 20 inches of rain. We have the power poles in and the sewer pipes to the RV spaces. We are waiting on the rain to stop and get some sunshine to continue with the RV Park.

We have all the power poles in and we have purchased 33 RV Space 30/50 amp Pedestals. We have 1,000 feet of wire and are waiting on the weather to clear.

We also have the 4" sewer pipe in the in the ground to each of the 30 RV Spaces.

As we wait on the weather to clear we also have a plumber who is will to do the water. We have 1,600 feet of 2" pvc water pipe ready to put in the ground.

The ministry owns the trencher shown in the picture below. We will be selling is to pay expenses as soon as we finish using it.

If you wish to help us with funding, we are in need of funds for a septic tank; we also need gravel for the driveway and the RV Spaces; any help will be appreciated; https://paypal.me/WatchmanJerryToney? ...
